Day 18 (12/12) of Back to High Carb Intuitive Eating

I spent most of my day working in a cafe with a friend, and got lots of data analysis done! I felt bad for staying there for 4 hours straight, so I got both a latte and a carrot beet juice–luckily there were extra tables the whole time so we weren’t taking up anyone else’s potential spots.

When I had to move my car from 2 hour to 2 hour spot, I passed by Panera twice: I considered getting bread from there (I’m an addict!) or a vegan sandwich from the cafe, but I just stuck to juice and waited til I got home to have my salad.  

 Exercise: walked 5 miles

Breakfast:

  • Sweet potato hot chocolate with 3 small sweet potatoes

Lunch:

  • Leftover paella
  • Soy latte
  • Carrot beet juice

Dinner:

  • Huge kale salad with broccoli slaw, 3 small-medium red potatoes, balsamic vinegar
  • 2 small Japanese sweet potatoes
  • 7 prunes
