Day 13 (12/07) of Back to High Carb Intuitive Eating

One of my labmates was so kind as to bring in vegan donut holes for lab meeting… Naturally I couldn’t resist. I was weirdly ravenous in general today, and even after all the donut holes I was still able to eat a pound of potatoes without getting full!   

Exercise: biked 30 mins and walked 4.5 miles

Breakfast:

  • Sweet potato hot chocolate
  • Coldbrew coffee with soymilk

Lunch:

  • Whole Foods donut holes in lab
  • 7 small red potatoes with barbecue sauce

Dinner:

  • Huge kale broccoli salad with 2 small potatoes
  • Leftover lentils with carrots and celery (tiny bit)
  • Pumpkin mug cake (fat free)
