Day 19 of Higher Carb Starch Solution: May 2nd

Day 19/28

This morning I burned myself with the 420 degree pan I was baking my breakfast sweet potato on, and have a nice burn mark on my arm now. Between that and ripping my toenail off yesterday (which involved a surprising amount of blood), it seems I’m having a streak of bad luck. 😦

I couldn’t walk in converse without pain, but miraculously I was able to run just fine in my running shoes!

Macros: 75% carbs, 13% protein, 12% fat

Exercise: ran 30 minutes, walked 30, biked 15

Breakfast

  • Baked sweet potato wedges with cinnamon sugar
  • Coldbrew coffee

Snack

  • Prunes

Lunch

  • Cauliflower red pepper mac n cheeze
  • Cheezy chipotle twice baked sweet potato

Snack before running:

  • Chocolate nicecream

Dinner

  • Pulled BBQ carrot romaine wraps

Calories eaten: 2030 | Calories burned: 1860 (according to Fitbit data)
