I ate some cookies because I was testing batches to bring to a potluck tomorrow and send to my boyfriend, so I had one from each batch. I did end up having more fat than I wanted as a result, but it was for a good cause! 🙂 Also it was 93 degrees out so I couldn’t bring myself to exercise… even baking felt like a workout in that heat!

Exercise: walked 2.5 miles

Breakfast

  • Banana kale cacao shake

Lunch

  • 11am: Mocha caramel oatmeal
  • 3pm: Baked yukon gold potato and salad

Snack:

  • Two homemade chocolate chip cookies

Dinner

  • Avocado carrot sushirito
