I felt so good today, and I definitely think the higher calories/good carbs are to thank for it! I haven’t felt this cheerful and positive in quite awhile.
Despite having a long day of class and meetings plus heaps of work to do, I had the energy to lift weights at night!
Macros: 66% carbs, 20% protein, 14% fat
Exercise: weight lifting + walked 4.5 miles
- Steamed Japanese sweet potato
- 11am: Baked russet potato and a blueberry smoothie
- 2pm: Banana oatmeal (brought my own little oatmeal kit to campus!) and a Clif builders bar
- Homemade channa masala
- Homemade carrot apple ginger juice
