May 16th Food Diary

The 16th involved a hectic 9am move, followed by last minute packing and apartment cleaning. We were able to take a quick lunch break at my favorite cafe, where I got a mocha and a cranberry pecan salad–definitely the perfect pick-me-up. We caught a flight at 3, my boyfriend picked us up at the airport at 4:30, and he and I went to Red Robin. Gotta love reuniting over burgers and fries! (Vegan burger for me, of course.)

Breakfast: 400 cals

  • Oatmeal with flax, banana, and protein powder

Lunch: 440

  • Decaf soy mocha
  • Salad with cranberries, pecans, spinach
  • 3 Beyond Meat chick’n strips

Afternoon snack: 260 cals

  • Chocolate chip Clif bar
  • Tea with soy

Dinner: 700 cals

  • Red Robin Boca burger with whole wheat bun and lettuce, tomato, onion
  • French fries

Night snack: 25 cals

  • Godiva dark chocolate pearls

Total: 1820 cals, ~65g protein
