January 16th Food Diary

Calories: 1030

Second day at my grandma’s, and I got away 100% clean eating… except for at the end of the day when I finished off a taco shell she wasn’t eating. Curses!

We went to a lake with her dog, who I was able to hold comfortably despite her being 40 lbs! I haven’t lifted in awhile, but it was a relief that I haven’t totally lost my strength.

Food Diary

Breakfast:

  • Tea: 60

Lunch:

  • Oatmeal with flax, banana, cocoa, raspberries: 275
  • Apple and pecan butter: 150

Dinner:

  • Edamame, cabbage, carrots, taco shell: 285

Snacks:

  • Apple, pecan butter, date: 260

Total: 1030   |   Exercise: 235

Net: 795

Protein: 29g
