December 15th Food Diary

Calories – 1040

Had my first final, which went wonderfully. It’s been all rainy here (finally!) so it’s actually making me feel a bit… Christmas-y. Usually it’s intolerably summery and I have trouble believing that seasons are still a thing.

And yet, despite this sudden appearance of seasons, I had a frozen smoothie bowl for breakfast. 😛

Oh, and a ton of homemade pecan butter. I guess that tastes a little bit more like the holidays.

Nothing like ice cream for breakfast… with 30g protein!

Exercise: 20 mins bodyweight, 30 mins running

Food Diary

Breakfast:

  • Smoothie bowl: 415

Lunch:

  • Baked tofu: 75
  • Coconut water + pomegranate juice: 60

Dinner:

  • Spaghetti squash alfredo: 140

Snacks:

  • Apple with pecan butter and dates: 300
  • Tea and coffee: 55

Total: 1040 |      Exercise: 285

Net: 760

Protein: 50g
