December 10th Food Diary

Calories – 1110

Stocked up at Whole Foods (and made this haul video) in preparation for a supposedly massive storm.

It wasn’t actually that massive.

But now I have a lot of food and got lots of studying done!

Sweet potatoes + the pecan butter

Food Diary

Breakfast:

  • Tea, coffee: 80

Lunch:

  • Sweet potato with pecan butter + salad with gardein vegan chicken (3 hours apart): 425

Dinner:

  • Spicy green bean curry with seitan + chocolate avocado mousse: 440

Snacks:

  • Rice cake with pecan butter: 160

Total: 1110  |      Exercise: 270

Net: 840

Protein: 43g
