December 8th Food Diary

Calories – 815

I managed to come up with a baguette-style bread recipe yesterday, and not eat any of it besides a bite to taste test! It was stuffed with pecan and apple butters, so I did snack on some of the pecan butter because it was my first time making it. (And actually in line with my clean eating, unlike the flour, etc.)

I’ve also decided that with finals coming up, I’ll be eating more calories. Probably around 1000, depending on how I feel. 🙂 But I do want to cut as much fat as I can before I get back into lifting, because lifting makes me ravenous.

Breakfast:

  • Buckwheat groat porridge with avocado, protein powder, banana: 495

Lunch:

  • Tea: 50
  • Pecan butter: 250

Dinner:

  • Cabbage soup: 20

Snacks:

  • N/A

Total: 815   |      Exercise: 85

Net: 730

Protein: 35g
