November 6th Food Diary

Net calories – 1190

The crazy munchies continue, so I guess back to maintenance calories until they stop. I had a migraine from about 11am to 6pm, so that was fun. I tried to make myself feel better by finally getting a mocha at the cafe I’ve been going to constantly for months–can’t believe I’d never gotten one there, as it’s the best I’ve had! But… it didn’t really help aside from being fabulous.

I still made myself go to gym which ended up replacing my headache with a stomach ache, but it was a trade that I was okay with! Stomach ache was likely in part due to shoveling crap in my face for dinner before lifting since I was feeling so bad 😛 (Hoping to just eat it to get it out of the house and never buy it again, since it’s still residual nonvegan stuff I bought awhile ago.)

I’m falling behind on my novel since I couldn’t get myself to write today through the brain fog/fatigue… but I did manage to write another paper in an hour, so that was nice.

Can’t wait to get back into super creative/productive and no appetite mode! Assuming I can get it back, that is. Fingers crossed.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Tofu scramble burrito with avocado, salsa, kale, seitan: 345

Dinner:

  • Mocha: 175

Snacks:

  • Tofurkey, rice cake: 75

Post-workout:

  • Tea: 15

Protein: 84g
