Net calories – 930
I was studying at a cafe between classes (not my favorite one, but it’s conveniently located), and I didn’t bring my own lunch, so I wanted to get a bagel sandwich there since it’s full of veggies and I can estimate the calories pretty well. But they keep running out of bagels around lunchtime, and I didn’t want to get back into my habit of skipping lunch, so I got the only other vegan thing… a panini. Probably dripping in oil 😦
Gotta get back to bringing my own meals everywhere!
Also, going off daylight savings time messes with my gym schedule a bit since I like to go around 6, and now the sun sets before then so I feel a bit unsafe on these sketchy streets… ah well.
