October 20th Food Diary

Net calories – 1190

It’s the day before my exam, and the stress eating is killing me. I just couldn’t stop! Hopefully I’ll be able to relax and get things back under control soon enough.

In better news, I made my favorite Indian dish for the first time–I ALWAYS get it in restaurants, but never tried it myself: paneer tikka masala! I made a much, much healthier version–I filled it with veggies, and had it over cauliflower rice and kale. At restaurants, it’s usually just the cheese + tomato gravy, with butter-smeared naan dipped in it! (Amazing, but definitely not to be eaten frequently…)

The cloudiness is due to it steaming.. yum!
