Net calories – 910
Sadly, I had to spend most of the day doing huge amounts of reading for an upcoming midterm. To make up for it, I decided to pretend it’s still summer for a moment and made a vegan barbecue feast for dinner! Corn on the cob, barbecue chick’n with homemade sauce, and ranch style greens n beans. It was amazing, only 250 calories (!), and protein packed.
After that, I decided to go to the gym again since I didn’t feel like I pushed myself hard enough yesterday. I did about a half hour of lifting, and did good mornings with a barbell for the first time… I’m in love! I’ll definitely be working that one in more often. I followed that up with 30 mins of HIIT, then had to get back to my reading/real life 😦
I also had the pleasure of witnessing a guy peeing on a car in front of a church on the way to the gym. I had to cross the street just to avoid the spray… I hate walking through the city at night, but it’s the only viable gym time for me!
