October 15th Food Diary

Net calories – 1300

Squatted 70lbs today, and benched 45! Last week I was squatting ~55 and benching 35 🙂 Of course, the former are my one rep maxes whereas the latter are 5 reps, so that’s a big part of the difference too.

Had my exam in the morning, which went fabulously! I’ve been fueled with Pu-erh as of late, and have found myself buying a new kind every few days…

My current addiction

 

Food Diary

Breakfast:

  • Protein pancake with (lots of) almond butter: 600

Lunch:

  • Tea: 45
  • Think thin bar: 150

Dinner:

  • Spaghetti squash with avocado pesto and veggies: 365

Snacks:

  • Peanut butter: 100
  • Ice cream bar: 100
  • Bit of sweet potato with cheddar: 150

Post-workout:

  • Protein shake: 200

Total: 1700   |      Exercise: 400

Net: 1300

Protein: 98g
