October 14th Food Diary

Net calories – 1210

Finally decided to try and get over my fear of bread, so I bought a 7 grain loaf with flax today! (Somehow flax just makes everything better… yay omega-3’s!)

Most of the day was spent studying for my exam tomorrow, and I yet again got a Whole Foods burrito! It’s becoming a bit of an addiction.

Tomato soup with veggies, daiya mozzarella, and veggie sausage!

Lunch:

  • Pumpkin latte: 160

Dinner:

  • Whole foods burrito (quinoa, black beans, guacamole): 540
