October 3rd Food Diary

Net calories – 1095

It was so hot I could hardly stand to be outside. But I did wake up early and go to a cafe in the hopes of being productive.

For lunch I had a big frozen smoothie bowl, which was fabulous… then had to go out in the sun again to a meeting, where we were all sweating in a stuffy room! I ended up jettisoning my original dinner plans since it was too hot to have more veggie “pizza”/”pasta” dishes (to use up my marinara), so I ended up just making another smoothie… and attempted to get my protein in with some cottage cheese.

My friend and I mutually agreed to cancel our workout tonight due to the heat, but we’re planning on going tomorrow night!

Frozen acai bowls = happiness

Breakfast:

  • Protein pancake: 345

Lunch:

Dinner:

  • Cottage cheese, rice cake,  plus banana-date shake: 350

Snacks:

  • Soy latte: 130
  • Tea: 40
