Day 24 Food Diary (9/19)

Net calories – 1300

Well, this is officially a binge cycle. I had to make brownies for a club I’m a leader of and ended up eating some… horrible. I’m turning my friends down for parties because I don’t want to be tempted by the alcohol calories, but then I stuff my face with brownies anyway! I just need it to stop. 😦

I’m skipping lifting this weekend so maybe my appetite and water retention will go down a bit. But the most important thing is to stop these carb cravings…

Teriyaki “chick’n” dish

Food Diary

Breakfast:

  • Protein shake with casein, avocado banana: 310

Lunch:

  • Protein pancake: 250
  • Babybel light: 50
  • Biryani: 125 (later in the day)

Dinner:

  • Homemade teriyaki “chicken”: 250

Snacks:

  • Tea with soy: 90
  • Vegan brownie binge: 485

Post-workout (strength days only)

  • N/A

Total: 1535 |      Exercise: 235

Net: 1300

Protein: 81g 

Water: 4L
