Day 20 Food Diary (9/15)

Net calories – 1005

Day 3 of crazy carb cravings. I’m so ready for this to stop so I can get back to proper dieting.

I felt so amazing after lifting last night! Unfortunately the exercise also made my cravings 1000x worse, and I gave in and had a post-workout mini binge: lean pockets that I’d bought a few days earlier. I’d never had one before, and pizza cravings were killing me so I thought I’d give it a try… it was underwhelming and not worth 250 cals. At least post-workout means less of it was stored as fat than it would have been otherwise.

In better news, I got some Quorn marinating last night, and I can’t wait to see how my veggie “chicken” tikka masala turns out tonight! I’m dying to go to the gym tonight too but I’m still sore from yesterday and want to be able to do well in class on Wednesday so.. mandatory rest day.

Quorn cutlet marinating in yogurt and tikka masala spices… looks gross but will almost certainly taste delicious

Breakfast:

  • Protein pancake: 245

Lunch:

  • Avocado banana chia pudding (soo good): 330

Dinner:

  • Leftover Indian food: 340

Snacks:

  • Sugar free soy mocha: 150

Post-workout (strength days only)

  • Protein shake + rice cake: 245
  • Spinach and 3 cheese lean pocket: 250 [binge]

Total: 1560  |      Exercise: 555

Net: 1005

Protein: 84
