Day 18 Food Diary (9/13)

Net calories – 650

I didn’t have only liquids as I’d planned (to make things easier on my stomach post-carb load), but I feel like I did okay considering the blood sugar cycling and intense cravings that always follows a carb binge. I went shopping with my friend around dinnertime, and managed to resist the urge to get food afterwards with her!

I was sooo sore today, trying on clothes was hard! I did 5 sets of 10 weighted squats yesterday (16lbs), among other stuff, so guess it paid off.

I was 2 lbs up this morning, of course… though my waist was only 25″. Hopefully I’ll be back down by Monday.

Also made one of my favorite: cauliflower mac n cheese! (Pasta-free)

Iced chai tea in progress for a hot day

Breakfast:

  • Apple cider vinegar + water + SF syrup: 0

Lunch:

  • Protein shake: 150
  • Sandwich thin with almond cheese: 130
  • Rice cake with almond butter: 100

Dinner:

  • Avocado mac n cheese (cauliflower instead of pasta): 330
  • Skinny cow truffle ice cream bar: 100

Snacks:

  • Tea with soy: 30
  • Chocolate: 50
