Day 8 Food Diary (9/03)

I was out all day long between class and club meetings so I ended up having to get takeout… at least I knew the calories on everything!

At night I got sugar cravings so I attempted a microwave apple cake… it was yummy, but still a work in progress. (Need to properly puree the apples next time instead of being lazy and leaving them chunky)

 

Breakfast:

  • Banana sweet potato pancake with cashew butter; + espresso: 455

Lunch:

  • Salad with spinach, black beans, tomato, and corn: 120

Dinner:

  • Tomato bisque with sourdough: 390

Snacks:

  • Tea with soy: 60
  • Chocolate: 50
  • Microwave apple cake: 200

Total: 1275    |      Exercise: 435

 

Net: 840

Protein: 48g

Water: 3L
