Day 5 Food Diary (8/31)

Day 5 was when I came up with the omelette recipe! And also started to realize my almond butter addiction was getting out of hand… I’m still trying to deal with it. ūüė¶

Breakfast:

  • Homemade banana quinoa pudding: 270

Lunch:

  • Egg white omelette with avocado, kale, and low cal cheese: 175

Dinner:

  • Aloo naan, vegetable biryani, paneer tikka masala: 310
  • Apple + pb2: 120

Snacks:

  • Tons of tea and coffee with soy: 160
  • *binge* Caramel rice cake with almond butter: 405

Total: 1440    |      Exercise: 240

 

Net: 1200

Protein: 54g

Water: 3L
