Day 2 Food Diary (8/28)

My first day of class. I came up with a delicious tofu salad in the break between classes, and it kept me going the rest of the day!

Breakfast:

  • Avocado berry protein smoothie: 290

Lunch:

  • Salad above: 240
  • Caramel corn rice cake with almond butter: 145

Dinner:

  • Naan, baingan bharta, biryani (attempting to use up leftovers because I hate wasting food): 350

Snacks:

  • French vanilla tea with soy x3: 30
  • Caramel corn rice cake with almond butter: 145

Total: 1195    |      Exercise: 485

Net: 710

Protein: 52g

Water: 3.75L
