Day 25 Food Diary (7/03)

School day number 2! I spent much of the day planning my brunches for the next few days since we had relatives staying with us for 4th of July. Then at night, I went with my best friend (she blogs at Palm trees & Pellegrino) to a pub to watch and photograph my dad–an economics professor gone country singer–perform a few sets. I’m his photographer and graphic designer for the time being since I’ve been doing both professionally for years, so it’s fun to get to watch him perform while I’m technically working.

My friend and I curled our hair, took some 4th of July themed photos, and then proceeded to go slightly junkfood crazy at the pub! (Considering it was just about all they served…)

Breakfast

  • Coffee: 30
  • Homemade granola bar: 165
  • Brown rice cereal with soymilk: 90

Lunch

  • Salad with iceberg, carrots, and celery: 50
  • Latte: 55

Dinner

  • Bleu cheese (black bean patty) burger without the bun: 720 (?)
  • French fries: 290
  • Soft pretzel: 320

Snacks

  • Almond butter on rice cake: 145

Total: 1865  –   Burned 575  (10,800 steps)

Net: 1290

  • Protein: 88g
  • Carbs: 180g
  • Water: 3.5L
