Day 24 Food Diary (7/02)

I was having a bit of a lazy day, and ended up going snack-crazy out of boredom. I just couldn’t bring myself to do all the productive things I usually do all day…

I went to my boyfriend’s house at night, and he wanted to eat at his favorite place: Jersey Mike’s, which makes sandwiches. I always try to get the lowest calorie vegetarian thing possible–the grilled veggie wrap–but even that is incredibly high cal (in the thousands!).

I get it without cheese or ranch so it’s just vegetables in a wrap, but the vegetables are always “grilled” in so much oil! I need to find a better alternative for when my boyfriend wants to go there.

Breakfast

  • Coffee with coconut oil: 55

Lunch

  • Homemade salad, sweet potato, almond butter, pears: 500

Dinner

  • Grilled veggie wrap + 100 cal fudge pop: 500

Snacks

  • Piece of homemade granola bar + rice cake: 180

Total: 1240  –   Burned 140  (4500 steps)

Net: 1100

  • Protein: 43g
  • Carbs: 110g
  • Water: 3.3L
