Day 21 Food Diary (6/29)

Since I’ve been so busy with family lately, I’ve been falling behind with my posting! Hope you don’t mind a few consecutive posts coming up.

Day 21 was the day after the wedding, and after another huge breakfast at a French bakery with the bride and groom, we headed home. I was all set to eat nothing for the rest of the day until some soup at dinner, but we ended up stopping at a famous German place while waiting at the airport. And that turned into a giant pretzel-fest. 😦

At this point, I couldn’t wait to get back into eating more vegan food and <200 calorie meals… too bad 4th of July was just around the corner.

Day 21: Flying home

Breakfast

  • Apple strudel & Ice cream: 245

Total: 1870  –   Burned 320 (7200 steps)

Net: 1550

  • Carbs: 200g
  • Water: 3L

The almond roll was amazing, especially considering it contained no chocolate (I’m a chocolate fiend)
